Your Key Responsibilities

• Conductelectric motor mechanical design engineering activities required to develop competitive products.
• Develop the structure of the electric motor mechanical system from the architecture and consider the measures from the risk analysis in the construction.
• Break down electric motorstructures into subsystems and components and create a detailed product specification.
• Check whether existing electric motor subsystems and components can be reused.
• Develop alternative structures and select the one that is most suitable.
• Ensure double-sided traceability with the electric motor mechanical architecture and provide work results under a configuration management (material designation, versioning, storage location, etc.).
  
  Your Qualifications
  
  
  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience.
  • Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.
  • Experience in solving engineering problems.
  • Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
  • Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
  • Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.
  • Communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.

    • Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
    • Hybrid work schedule
    • Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
