Position: Loan Operations Manager
Our Opportunity
Firelands Federal Credit Union has a full-time opening for a Loan
Operations Manager to our growing team! This position will be based
at our Monroeville, OH location.

Our ideal candidate focuses on providing exceptional member
financial service. We are looking for individuals with a desire to
respond to member financial inquiries, complete financial
transactions, open new accounts, uncover opportunities and
recommend appropriate financial solutions to help grow the member's
relationship with the credit union. You must love working in a fun
environment and making a difference in your community.
Primary Functions:
Displays strong leadership skills. Actions and responsibilities
required to provide superior member services at the Credit Union
branch. Oversees the functions and employees in the Mortgage Loan
Servicing, Card Servicing, Consumer Loan Servicing, and our
Collections departments ensuring full compliance of all credit
union policies, directives, laws and regulations. Is responsible
for the day-to-day loan operations, card, and collections
departments and keeps the VP Lending fully informed on all
pertinent matters.
