Job Description:
- Certification Details
- MUST have NBSTSA CSFA certification
- **AHA BLS required
- AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable
- Required for various units (list of units provided in original
data).
- Not Required for: CVOR, OR, Pediatric OR, Ambulatory Care and
Behavioral Health
- *New/Ext Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days
of start MUST renew their certification prior to start
- Job Details
- Monday- Friday= 80 hours per pay period.
- Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be
discussed during interview.
- Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.
- Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to
travel
- Must have vein harvesting experience
- Additional Details
- Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on
assignment.
- Candidate must complete additional credentialing through the
facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to
work.
