  • Med/Surg Tele RN role at Lutheran Hospital
  • Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
  • Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel
  • AHA BLS & ACLS are required
  • Recent Epic charting experience is necessary
  • Government-Issued Photo ID required on assignment
    • Job Requirements
    • OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • Must carry government-issued photo ID while on assignment
    • Recent (within last 6 months) Epic charting experience
    • TWO recent manager/supervisor references from relevant specialty

        • Must pass Cleveland Clinic OH Nursing - SafeMedicate Prep Materials
        • Providers must cover 4 hours of module time for Online Training Modules
        • Physical Exam - must include an assessment that they are capable of safely performing the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
        • Full background check required before the start of assignment
