Your Key Responsibilities

• Assemblingand development of prototype/production progressive and transfer dies in a timely manner
• Track all detail components through the tool roomandperformfinal inspections on quality and function
• Run assembled dies on prototype or production press for try-outs and propose further development steps
• Analyze measurement results on components/parts according to blueprints
• Maintainproduction dies according toblueprints
• Sharpen, inspect, andrepairtooling as neededonce sent to production
  
  Your Qualifications
  
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Toolmaker Journeyman
    Or
    
    • Five yearstoolroomexperience within a metalformingenvironment
    • Proficiency in blueprint reading, metal forming knowledge, measurement accuracy, metal cutting practices
    • Problem solving skills, ability to analyze strips tomake die improvements
    • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
