Job Description:

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist - Prior Authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

Process incoming prior-authorization requests via phone, fax, and web
Verify eligibility and completeness of authorization requests
Provide customer service for follow-up on existing authorization requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
0+ years of applicable experience in medical or healthcare settings
1+ year of contact center experience preferred
Prior Authorization experience preferred
Ability to work 11 am - 7 pm EST or 12 - 8 pm EST, Monday - Friday
