Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, International
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and audit complex cost projections and compensation-related
documents
Manage workflow and communication among team members to ensure
client requirements are met
Assist in training and coaching team members on IACS processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field preferred
3 to 5 years of experience in global mobility, accounting, payroll,
or international human resources
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage team
performance
